1. Login to your blogger dashboard select your website & go to the Layout tab.

2. Click on "Add a Gadget" & Browse "Feed" in category

3. After this step , it will ensure you to have a feed url then just type

http://www.yourdomain.com/feeds/comments/default        If you are having TLD domain

Otherwise

http://www.YOUR_BLOG.blogspot.com/feeds/comments/default        

If you have Blogspot domain

4. Then Just configure , how you want the recent comment layout box to be appear

Now click on save changes , you have done with recent comments on your blog/website
