Install Cinnamon 1.67 in Ubuntu

Cinnamon is a lightweight desktop environment , having some elegant features which boost up your experience with ubuntu.Cinnamon 1.67 package includes the cinnamon desktop environment & Nemo as file manager rather than Nautilus ( The Default File Manager ).

Installation Steps

1. Press ALT+T to open Terminal window and type the following lines , one by one.


sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gwendal-lebihan-dev/cinnamon-stable sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install cinnamon  

2. After this logout your ubuntu pc and select the cinnamon from the drop down menu and access Cinnamon 1.67
